NYSEIssuesBars indicator plots candle bars in the indicator window of the following values: ((NYSE Up Issues) / (NYSE Down Issues) - 1) * 100
In other words this indicator divides the Up issues with Down issues. Rebalances it to zero, then multiplies the calculated value with 100 for better readability.
You need to subscribe to "Dow Jones & Key Indices" Market Data to get these values realtime.
