I built a custom bar type which will display the data series in terms of percent change from a defined value. For example, applying the custom bar type to a CL chart, a user could input last year's settlement ex 56.90, and have the chart displayed in terms of percent change from that value.
Notes:
-When applying the bartype you must input the Price to Calc % From with no decimals. For example, to enter 56.90 you would enter 5690. Another example, For the Yen, to enter .0088510, you would enter 88510.
-If the data series does not contain a decimal, Percent Bars will be displayed in basis points. So for example, if the YM was 2.5% from the defined Price to Calc % From, the value on the chart bars would be displayed as 250.

Importing to NinjaTrader 8 is Easy!
To import your 3rd party app or add-on to NinjaTrader, simply follow these 3 steps:
- Download the app or add-on file to your desktop
- From the NinjaTrader Control Center window, select the menu Tools > Import > NinjaScript Add-On…
- Select the downloaded file from your desktop
