This indicator generates buy and sell signals based on price crossing over the ATR, and also provides an ATR plot that's useful as a stop. Increase the key or period values to filter false signals, or combine with other indicators. Heiken Ashi candles are recommended. For use in Strategy Builder, a hidden signal plot has values 1 for a buy signal, or -1 for a sell signal. I converted this from an open source TradingView indicator made by QuantNomad called "UT Bot Alerts."

Importing to NinjaTrader 8 is Easy!
To import your 3rd party app or add-on to NinjaTrader, simply follow these 3 steps:
- Download the app or add-on file to your desktop
- From the NinjaTrader Control Center window, select the menu Tools > Import > NinjaScript Add-On…
- Select the downloaded file from your desktop
