Average Daily Range or Average Range Profit Target normalized to be bounded to oscillate between 0 and 100 percent of recent price variation. Based on the ATR indicator which was introduced by Welles Wilder in his book 'New Concepts in Technical Trading Systems' and has since been used as a component of many indicators and trading systems.
