Simple utility indicator that uses OnRender to print the day of the week on the chart relative to midnight. Works with all bar types daily and lower. Text can be displayed relative to the top of the chart or the bottom of the chart and will remain when the scale/price changes.

Options are to set the font size, style, color. Two other options are Text Line offset and Text width, which can be used to vertically locate the text. You can adjust these for some interesting effects, for example with larger text, if you set the width to 1 and the line offset to 8, the text will display vertically.

V1.1 08/13/2018 - If no day shows (because of the number of bars from midnight to the current time, will now grab the date of the bar on the right edge and center the day of the week on the chart.
